M-phenylenediamine was dissolved in water. Hydrochloric acid was gradually added to form M-phenylenediamine hydrochloride. Then acetic anhydride is used for acylation, and the reaction product is neutralized to obtain the finished product.
It is mainly used as an intermediate for reactive dyes such as reactive yellow and disperse dyes.

| Production method | is obtained by acylation of m-phenylenediamine. Add water and m-phenylenediamine to the reaction pot to dissolve.
