Application In the pharmaceutical industry, L-methionine can be used as a main component of amino acid infusion and complex amino acids, and can also be used to synthesize medicinal vitamins, and can be used for the production of liver-protecting preparations by utilizing its anti-fatty liver function. In the food industry, it can be used as a nutritional supplement. In the feed industry, it is used as a nutritional supplement for feed to compensate for the amino acid balance.
