Product name: Sucralose Molecular Formula: C12H19Cl3O8 Description Sucralose is a white crystalline powder, odorless, sweet. It is stable to light, heat and acid. Soluble in water, ethanol, methanol. Application Sucralose is currently the world's highest-level product of high-sweetness sweetener development and research. Sucralose is a white powdery product, easily soluble in water (solubility 28.2g, 20℃), its sweetness is 600 times of sucrose, and its sweetness is pure, the sweetness characteristic curve almost overlaps with sucrose.
